Tourism Australia Prize Draw Terms and Conditions 1. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK only, aged 18 years or over, except employees of Telegraph Media Group Limited, Tourism Australia, Travelmood or anyone else professionally associated with the draw. 2. Details of how to enter form part of the terms and conditions. It is a condition of entry that all rules are accepted as final and that the competitor agrees to abide by these rules. The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 3. Entry is via www.discoveraustralia-telegraph.co.uk only and is restricted to one per person. Late, illegible, incomplete or corrupt entries will not be accepted. No responsibility can be accepted for lost entries and proof of transmission will not be accepted as proof of receipt. The winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date. The winner’s name and county can be obtained by sending a sae to Tourism Australia Winner, Telegraph Promotions Department, 111 Buckingham Palace Road, London SW1W 0DT between December 15, 2007 and January 14, 2008. 4. All entries must be received by midnight on November 30, 2007. 5. The winner will be notified by December 14, 2007. 6. The prize as described is available on the date of publication. 7. One entrant will win a 12-night holiday for two to Australia. The prize comprises six nights in Sydney and six nights in Cairns, sharing a twin-room on a room only basis. The prize includes economy class flights from London Heathrow to Sydney, Sydney to Cairns and Cairns to London Heathrow. The prize does not include transfers between airports and hotels, travel insurance, personal expenditure or other incidental costs other than those mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary vaccinations and visas for their trip. 8. The prize is valid from January 15 to November 30, 2008, excluding July1 to August 15. All travel must be completed by November 30, 2008. 9. All aspects of the prize are non transferable and there are no cash alternatives. Confirmed bookings cannot be altered. The prize is subject to availability. 10. The winner may be required to participate in publicity. 11. Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the Promoter and accordingly the Promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the Promoter as a result thereof. 12. The Telegraph is responsible for the first part of the promotion, which is the publication and adjudication of the prize draw.
